Mnangagwa Urges Rethink on Debt Policy

He stated governments should prioritize strategic, infrastructure-driven borrowing that delivers sustainable growth. Mnangagwa noted that borrowing must generate long-term returns and strengthen self-sufficiency, highlighting the challenges African economies face in the global financial system.
