Kenya, Australia Deepen Trade Relations

Kenya and Australia agreed to expand cooperation in trade, investment, agriculture, mining, and the blue economy to strengthen bilateral economic ties. During talks in Nairobi, both sides emphasized boosting market access, improving seed and livestock quality, and attracting more Australian investors to Kenya. The discussions focused on developing the maritime sector and coastal infrastructure to enhance regional commerce. The two nations aim to upgrade their partnership to an Economic Partnership Agreement level.
