CPA Africa to Build Hotel in Dodoma

The Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Africa Region signed a contract with CRJE (East Africa) Limited to build a five-star hotel in Njedengwa, Dodoma. The project will generate sustainable revenue for CPA and raise Dodoma’s profile. Speaker Dr. Tulia Ackson will oversee the project. Pristine Investment and aTime Hotels Limited will manage the hotel. A bank consortium led by CRDB Bank will finance the construction, which is expected to take 22 months.
