ANT presidential candidate Rtd. Maj. Gen. Mugisha Muntu pledged to establish a national health insurance policy and restore Uganda’s justice system during a campaign stop in Rwampara District. He promised treatment for all citizens, clean water access, higher education standards, and transparent use of public funds. Muntu criticized the detention of political figures, vowed to fight corruption, and called for better salaries for teachers. He continued campaigning in Bushenyi and Sheema districts.
