Prosperity Party Trains Senior Leaders

Ethiopia’s ruling Prosperity Party began a 10-day training program for more than 2,000 senior leaders from federal and regional levels. The sessions, held under the theme “Sectoral Advancement in the View of the Medemer Government,” aim to strengthen leadership capacity and policy alignment. According to the party, the training combines lectures with field visits to development sites, emphasizing knowledge sharing and performance improvement across government institutions.
