Tourist Investigated Over Elephant Beer

In a resurfaced 2024 video, a Spanish tourist known online as @Skydive_Kenya is seen pouring Tusker beer into the trunk of an elephant named Bupa at Ol Jogi Conservancy in Laikipia County, Kenya. The footage was captioned “Just a tusker with a tusked friend.” Multiple investigations have been launched, including by the Kenya Wildlife Service. Conservancy staff said the behavior was unauthorized, unacceptable, and violated sanctuary rules.
